About Us

We are group of passionate "tea people" gathered in 2015 to form this Association to ensure that the history of tea in and connected to the United Kingdom is preserved and remembered. Over the years we have overseen the installation of 3 bronze plaques in London, and helped form the Tea History Collection located in Banbury, UK. We promote the importance of tea history in everything that we do.

Our Aims Are

  • To record the history of tea via various mediums

  • To install bronze tea history plaques throughout the UK

  • To promote ‘tea walks’ throughout London

  • Promote tea tourism to and within the UK

  • To commemorate the contribution of the UK Tea Industry
